Instrumental instruction

Instruction is given on the basic level and on the conservatory level. Instruction is mainly aimed
to the children and the young, but also adults can be enrolled as students. The studies comprise
individual instrumental instruction, joint playing together, and basics of music.

The aim of the studies is:

  • to learn the instrumental skills needed for music performance and playing together
  • to learn to read, write, and listen to music
  • to develop the student’s musical expression and presentation skills

Instrumental instruction, classical music: piano, organ, accordion, kantele, recorder, guitar, singing and orchestral instruments (flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone, tube, percussion, violin, viola, cello, and double bass), historical instruments (cembalo, clavicord, and viola da gamba)

Instrumental instruction, rhythm music: electric guitar, electric bass, keyboard instruments, wind instruments, drums and singing
